As the sun shines brighter and temperatures climb, our Buggyfit sessions are taking on a summer twist – and we’re so here for it!
There’s something special about working out outdoors in the shade, surrounded by nature and like-minded mums, with your baby right by your side. We’ve been embracing the softer pace of summer by kicking off our shoes, feeling the cool grass under our feet, and tuning into our bodies with slow, intentional strength work on the mat.
Why we love it:
✨ Shady spaces keep baby cool – Whether they’re in the buggy, wriggling on a blanket, or snoozing beside you, staying out of direct sun means happy, comfortable little ones.
✨ Grounding ourselves (literally) – Going barefoot helps improve balance and reconnects us to the earth. It’s calming, energising, and great for postnatal recovery.
✨ Hydration is key – We remind everyone to bring plenty of water, for both mum and baby. Pop a bottle in the buggy, and remember, we take water breaks together – no rush, no pressure.
✨ Slow, strong and safe – Our summer sessions focus on building strength slowly and mindfully. Think core work, deep stretches, and functional movements – all tailored to postnatal needs.
Buggyfit has always been about more than just fitness – it’s about finding joy in movement, building community, and taking a moment for you, even with baby by your side. And this summer, we’re soaking that up in the coolest, calmest way we can – under the trees, in the breeze, feet in the grass, still with the same sense of fun.
Come join us in the shade – your mat (and your tribe) are waiting.
