I am a outreach worker doing work with families in the community. Having spent many years enjoying sports, exercise and keeping fit I jumped at the chance to train as a gym instructor. I qualified in march 2008 and loved the buggy fit training. I enjoy sharing what i have learned with my parents and thier children
