Trainer: Cheryl Nock
Whilst pregnant with my first daughter six years ago, I was working in a boring office job. After my daughter was born I decided I needed a career that was more fulfilling and therefore I chose to train to become a personal trainer. During my course, I added a supplementary qualification for the 'Wright Foundation General Practitioner referral scheme'. After qualification I gained experience by working in a gym. I then took the steps to set up my own personal training business, which I have been doing for the last 3 years . I have clients who visit me in my own personal studio at home. I really love the flexibility working for myself gives me and being able to work around times that suit my children and family. After giving birth to my son 20 months ago, I considered it to be a good time to try new fitness venture which would could include him. That was when I discovered the fantastic phenomenon that is buggyfit!!! I have recently qualified as a buggyfit trainer and I am really looking forward to getting started. I have also just qualified in level 3 nutrition and weight mangement.
