Since qualifying as a Physiotherapist in 2003 I have spent time both working and travelling. I currently work full time in the General Hospital as a Physio and cover a broad range of areass including; Women's health, antenatal and postnatal care, Modified pilates for women's health, children's therapy and exercise prescription in the therapy gym. I am a commited member of Active Gym, however my real passion is for walking and being outdoors (rain, wind or shine!) Thanks for the support in my first few months, come along and join my energising classes for 2010.... beat the January blues!'
