I am a personal trainer in South West London with a Pre and Post Natal qualification from Lifetime Health and Fitness. I set up Smile Fitness in 2008 with the aim of bringing my love for exercise and fitness to other people. I started Buggy Fit classes to give mums the opportunity to regain their pre pregnancy fitness levels in comfortable and fun sourroundings

"2 New Buggy Fit classes starting in Putney as of Thursday 5th August. These are advanced classes consisting of more intense cardiovascular and resistence exercises suited to mums who are 4 months + post natal. Please contact Miriam if you would like to attend the class and require more information".
