I started working life in sales many years ago. After a career break to look after my 2 girls now aged 12 and 10, I worked in various voluntary roles including an assistant instructor in an outdoor activity centre.
Aside from fitness, my other passion is cooking and my next job was working for the NHS delivering cooking sessions and promoting healthy eating. Having been lucky enough to live in Cornwall for 15 years, we have recently relocated to another beautiful part of the world – Wiltshire, where I am pursuing a new venture as a Personal Fitness Trainer. I am loving my classes – its great to enable mums to get out and about with their babies whilst exercising, make new friends and feel energised again!
